AIRネットワークジャパンは、全国のAIRに携わるアーティスト、運営者、研究者、学生等によるゆるやかなネットワーク活動体です。現在、不定期の研究会、フォーラムの開催、webサイト・SNS情報発信・公開、メール登録の方へのメールニュース配信を行なっています。今後、研究会やメーリングリスト等での情報交換を通じ、会員へのサービスの確立と、活動の展開していきたいと考えています。私たちの活動にご興味のああある方はどなたでもご参加ください。お問い合わせ、メーリングリストへの登録は下記まで。

SHIBATA Hisashi｜柴田 尚
北海道教育大学岩見沢校 芸術・スポーツ文化学科教授
NPO法人S-AIRの代表として、札幌を中心に20年間に36カ国99組以上の滞在製作に関わる。その他、2014年度、北海道教育大学岩見沢校教授となり、北海道空知地区の新地場産業ワイナリーとヌーヴォーシルク公演を結びつけた「空知遊覧」（2016~18）を企画。また、2018年度より事務局長を勤めるウイマム 文化芸術プロジェクト（白老）など、札幌以外の滞在制作もプロデュースしている。
共著に「指定管理者制度で何が変わるのか」（水曜社）「廃校を活用した芸術文化施設による地域文化振興の基本調査」（共同文化社）がある。2008年、代表を務めるS-AIRが国際交流基金地球市民賞受賞。2016年、北海道文化奨励賞受賞。

Professor, Art Project Lab, Hokkaido University of Education in Iwamizawa
He established Sapporo Artist in Residence (S-AIR) in 1999, which was later registered as an official non-profit organization in 2005. S-AIR has hosted 99 international artists from 36 countries and regions. In 2014, he became a professor at Hokkaido University of Education in Iwamizawa, and has been leading the Art project Lab. Whilst S-AIR mainly works with visual artists, he is now initiating a residency programme in Nouveau Cirque production at the university. He is also involved in the establishment of AIR Network Japan, a nation wide network for artists’ residencies. He has organized various art projects such as "SNOWSCAPE MOERE", and also been involved in the establishment of various alternative spaces. His writings have been published in What Can Be Changed through Public-Private Partnerships? (Suiyosha,2004), and Research on Local and Regional Development through the Use of Former School Buildings as Cultural and Art Spaces (Kyodo Bunkasha, 2015).

さっぽろ天神山アートスタジオ AIR ディレクター。
Trans Artist（オランダ）で文化政策と AIRネットワーキングの研修とリサーチを経て帰国。国内複数のAIR事業運営、アーティストの移動のためのポータルサイトMove Arts Japan（運営：コマンド N）、VISUAL ARTS FOCUS（フランス）招聘など。そのほか、国内外AIR事業とその背景に関するリサーチ及びAIR事業設計や環境整備に多数関わる。現在は、さっぽろ天神山アートスタジオを拠点にしたAIR運営を基軸にアーティストの活動をアーカイブするプロジェクト「アートとリサーチセンター」を運営している。
Director, Artists in residence, Sapporo Tenjinyama Art Studio
Returned to Japan following a period of training and research in to cultural policies and AIR networking at ‘Trans Artists’ in the Netherlands. She currently operates ‘Move Arts Japan (Command N)’, which is a portal site for artist mobility, AIR Projects in Japan and abroad and research relating to them. This includes VISUAL ARTS FOCUS (France) a group who design AIR projects and prepares their environments. She is also AIR director for Art and Research Center.

MURATA Tatsuhiko｜村田 達彦
遊工房アートスペース共同代表。創作・展示・滞在のできるアーティ ストのための創作館を 1989 年に東京・杉並にパートナーである村田弘子と開設。アートを通した作家間の交流、多様な文化の違いを受け入れる土壌づくりを意識した活動に努める。独自の運営を行うマイクロでアーティスト主導による AIR プログラムを「マイクロレジデン ス」と名付け、グローバルなネットワーク活動も推進する。
A representative of the Youkobo Art Space, in 1989 Murata and his partner Hiroko opened Sosakukan as a place for artists to stay, create and exhibit. Hi is engaged in activities that aim to foster artist to artist interactions and bridge cultural differences through art. Murata named his one-of-a-kind Artist in Residence program “Micro Residency” and it is led by artists and run on a micro-scale, whilst also promoting global networking.

KANNO Sachiko｜菅野 幸子
アーツ・プランナー/リサーチャー AIR Lab。ブリティッシュ・カウンシル東京、独立行政法人 国際交流基金を経て現職。グラスゴー大 学美術学部装飾芸術コースディプロマ課程修了。東京大学大学院人文 社会系研究科文化資源学研究（文化経営専攻）修士課程修了。 専門領域はアーティスト・イン・レジデンス、英国の文化政策、国際文化交流。秋吉台国際芸術村アーティスト・イン・レジデンス等選考委員、横浜市創造界隈形成推進委員なども務める。
She is an independent arts planner & researcher of AIR Lab. She received a diploma in the history of decorative arts at the University of Glasgow and she had a master’ degree in the arts management at the University of Tokyo. She has been working in the field of international cultural exchange and cultural policy for more than 30 years in the British Council Tokyo and the Japan Foundation. She is also an advisory committee member of I Yokohama City, and a selection committee member of Akiyoshidai International Art Village AIR program. She writes various articles about AIR programs and British cultural policy.

HINUMA Teiko｜日沼 禎子
女子美術大学教授。ギャラリー運営会社勤務、美術雑誌編集者を経て、 1999 年から国際芸術センター青森設立準備室、2011 年まで同学芸員を務め、アーティスト・イン・レジデンスを中心としたアーティスト支援、プロジェクト、展覧会等の企画、運営に多数関わる。さいたまトリエンナーレ 2016 ではプロジェクトディレクターを務める。2013 年より陸前高田 AIR プログラムディレクター、2017 年より緑と花と彫刻の博物館（ときわミュージアム）アートディレクターを兼任。
She is the Program Director of the Rikuzentakata Artist in Residence Program, a Professor of Art Produce and Museum Studies at Joshibi University of Art and Design, and a board member of AIR Network Japan. Previously, she worked for gallery management planning companies and art magazines as an editor. In 1999, she was involved in the foundation of Aomori Contemporary Arts Centre. Until 2011, she served as a curator there, planning many exhibitions, projects and residencies for artists. She has also served as the Program Director for the civilian artists support group “ARTizan” (Aomori), a project director of the “Saitama Triennnale 2016” and art director of UBE Tokiwa Museum.
